Vespera provides a premium service. Due to the nature of our digital platform and membership benefits, all payments are generally non-refundable.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors preventing access to the service or duplicate billing.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team at billing@vespera.com within 30 days of the transaction.
