Vespera is a service provider and does not produce content as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Recordkeeping Requirements
Vespera maintains strict compliance with all applicable laws. In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, Vespera and its participants are exempt from certain recordkeeping requirements as we do not produce nor host primary content involving "actual sexually explicit conduct."
Custodian of Records
All participants on the platform are verified for age and identity. Vespera maintains a record of these verifications through our secure ABV system. For inquiries regarding compliance or to contact our Custodian of Records, please email compliance@vespera.com.
Age Verification
Vespera requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. Our Attribute-Based Verification (ABV) system serves as the primary mechanism for age assurance.
